Our family had a wonderful experience with Mr. Michael Wright in the evaluation, study, repair, preparation and ultimate sale of a parental home in Layton, Utah. He visited the home and met with the family several times over more than a year to consider needed repairs/updates, options for seller, and options for the buyer. He fielded dozens of phone calls in the course of marketing the home. In all respects we found him honest, well informed as to the Davis County market and its trends, patient with our uncertainties, reasoned and prudent, reliable and prompt in communications, and understanding/humane with respect to all parties. He negotiated skillfully and straightforwardly with prospective buyers. We had not the slightest concern in our interaction with Mr. Wright. We are hardly students of things real estate, but we consider him a businessperson of integrity and well-considered action. He is recommended without reservation.
